Diario de oishiiuwu, 25 jun. 14

Did 190 squats yesterday, 200 toe raises, 100 crunches, 35 second wall sit, some 2lb arm and back exercises, and a few standing cross body crunches. I'm not losing anything and I don't know why. I eat healthy and within my calorie limit and I do exercises and the babies keep me walking back and forth a lot. My belly looks a bit smaller but I want faster results. I can't do cardio at the moment because it hurts my knees and I can't go to the gym to do the elliptical yet because of the babies need me to watch them and my husband works over time. This is just so frustrating. I'm sick of being fat.
