Stopped tracking. Started eating the wrong things. Allowed my eating disorder to take control. Gained 14. It is a Monday time to get back on track. Need support and encouragement now more then ever. At one time I weighed 287 I lost 75 pounds putting me at 212. Now I am back up to 226. I can’t let the depression of this get me! I can do this. The women who lost 75lbs is still here and screaming self love is not cramming crap in your mouth. Get it together. I hear you! Let’s do this!❤️💪🏻👊🏻👏🏻🙌🏻
