Diario de thighsbegone, 18 jul. 14

Well the last 2 weeks I have been depressed. Eating or should I say binging, a few days in a row, has seen my weight go up and down twice. I put on half a kilo, and then lost it again, plus a little extra.
Back on track now, and my mood is lifting. I have been taking some iron supplements, which really help.
Hoping that my buddies have been doing well.
Getting back on the bike today!
