That happens sometimes to all of us. It could be many things. I have been staying at same weight, but I have noticed fat loss. You can lose fat/inches and not see the scale move. The scale is only one way to measure weight loss success. If you don't exercise and can, start. Just slapping on a pedometer and aiming for 10,000 steps a day can help. If you do, then switch up your exercise. Switch up your foods. Make sure you are drinking water and getting enough good fats. Make sure you are following the plan as written. Make sure you are getting your veggies in each day. If you are eating the bars or shakes, maybe stop and see if they are inhibiting weight loss (some people have problems losing with them). Google some menu plans or try some new recipes. Our bodies get used to the same old stuff.
