Nearly 20lbs in one week. And all I had to do was give birth.
Trying to eat healthy. For the first 24 hours after labor, I was STARVING! Was eating anything the hospital put in front of me. That has started to even out since getting home. Definitely not eating my best (lots of soft cheeses and other things I limited while pregnant), but weight loss is not the game right now. It’s health so I can feed this new baby and survive the nights.
She’s wonderful and her sisters are so happy to meet her. It’s been an exhausting, full, beautiful week.
