Eating better. I can feel things beginning to turn around. I think I'm burned out. I'll get some iron supplement today. Hope you're all well. Keep your hand to the plow.

knew your body was depleted. How could it not be without your normal healthy food for nearly a month? You need to rebuild your reserves. Be patient with yourself and go easy on the lifting until you rebuild your minerals and vitamins, too. Wishing for sunny days ahead.
