for years i have been trying to lose weight but i never committed myself to it very long. i would do the diet then go to the gym for a week then give up. at the begining of the year i gave my self a new years resolution that i would be skinny no matter how hard i pushed myself by the end of the year. I started doing weightwatchers and my first weigh in i lost 6 pounds because of the sudden adjust of foos intake. that loss of 6 pounds made me feel very good and modivated my self to lose more. from that point ive lost 22 pounds and i feel great. i feel so much energized and healthy and there has been weeks that i woldnt see results on the scale but i never gave up and i still got up in the morning with that same weightloss attitude and kicked my ass at working out and eatting as healthy as i can. trust me, once you get your mind focused on weightloss dont give up as much as you want to, it will bee worth in in the long run and you will be happy you pushed your self threw it. :]
