Lol…. thanks but it’s not what it appears. I ran a marathon today and lost 4-5 pounds, mostly water weight. With a little luck I’ll bounce back tomorrow. My goal is mainly to gain muscle weight right now but the longer runs interfere with my goals. I’ll get there but it’s a slow process.
