Today was an interesting day! Actually got sleep last night! Not just the normal 2-3 hrs either, 7hrs! and then 2 hr nap before getting up! Yes! I had so much energy that I am still going strong @ 10pm. Didn't actually do "exercise" but played very hard for 30mins 2xs today and it wore me out! Also hauled around some 5 gal of water(35lbs I think) jugs and a very heavy electric bed frame. So not really exercise, but it is weight resistance and you do sweat! So I'm sure something came off today!!
