Have been at a local conference for the past couple of days so haven't had time to exercise. Still losing weight though, could be excess water. I plan to get back to my workouts starting tomorrow and we'll see where my weight goes.

Had some beans last night with dinner and noticed by blood glucose was higher this morning. I think that's what caused it but we'll see tomorrow morning when I measure again and get my eating straightened out.
