Seem fairly stable. Getting slowly back into the groove here. Why is it so tough to roll back a few pounds you've gained when you've already lost 65 and know you can easily take off the 10 you need to? Miserable.

Not easy, I've been looking at the same number for months. I need to change something up a bit. Welcome back to your groove.

You are just tired of dieting and you need some rest. Mentally you are not ready to commit yourself to a serious diet. We all went trough that is some point of our weight loss journey.

Snow. You're right on the money. If I can just hit stable and stay there, that will be good enough for me. Thanks.

That really is it, I think. You get burned out making a career out of losing weight, and you just have to take a break from it now and then - without reverting to the binging. If you're like me, once you truly commit, there's no stopping you.

I believe it's really only a matter of telling you're body you're ready to lose again. Like that video you showed me, fat cells are either in storage mode or release mode, but not both at the same time.

The last few pounds are the hardest, I can tell you when I get down to 138-140 - I will never let myself get up to 160 again. I never used to have so much trouble losing weight I know I over complain about Florida weather at times- when the humidity combined with the heat gets you on excercise motivation - when we get rain, I just love it, if is just sprinkling or the days we do get nicer weather, I can easily walk 3 hours

I totally understand your mentality right now. I lost over 60 pounds and then crashed a little...gained back 10-15 pounds over a year. Now, I am focused on health and fitness. Eating well, and exercising is the main focus. I have lost inches and a dress size...but not pounds on the scale. Oh well, I am still in SO much better shape than I have been in years. Eventually the weight may start moving down...

Yep, the last 10-15 are never as easy as the first 85-90. And it gets frustrating because you get soooo mcuh feedback on that first huge loss (at least, I did) but when the last 10 are coming off an ounce at a time people react like I'm a failure. Tough head game but you can do it.

That's why I lost the last 10-15 pounds first. Now the other ones are going to be easy. :)
