WTH?
I understood when I didnt see movement on the scale Monday. But, if all the calorie burning and calorie counts are correct, I should show at least a 1lbs. loss-- even if it is just water wieght.

I have been totally honest about what I have input, and I have worked out 4 times this week-- intensely I might add. ( Well, intense for me anyway)
I am not really doing any weight training, so I feel I wouldn't have gained muscle. I am mainly doing cardio at the moment. WHAT GIVES?

How frustrating!

I hope everyone else is having a great friday, because someone should enjoy it :)

I don't think we instantly gain muscle anyway.... but, we do swell with water from intense exercise. It's true. Don't worry! Stay hydrated and it will drop soon!
