just got back from 2 weeksnin Italy. the eating and drinking was no holds barred and it was worth it! but now im 8 pounds heavier and feeling bloated. my pants are tight.... oh well, im happy to eat low carb again, I actually missed salads! the weight will be off before I know it, im not concerned.
