Been a while ☹️. Had total knee replacement mid July. Been on the “see food” diet while rehabbing . Been back in the gym for about 7 weeks, the last 3 I’ve been doing leg workouts too. In a 2 month power cycle right now. Time to strip all processed carbs, and up my protein to 200g a day. We will see how it goes
