It's been awhile. I lost my sign in. Started eating heavy foods, stews, chili with bread, desserts. Plus stopped golfing due to the cold. Am now in Florida, starting up a new schedule with golf, dance, swimming and renewed dedication to get to goal. It's so easy to fall off the wagon but I see others' postings and am ready to get back on track. So here we go!!
