4lbs off this week! Counting calories along with daily walking and 4 workouts a week seems to be working! I’ve also lost this week; 0.5” off of my legs 0.25” off of my arms 0.5” off of my waist Feeling great about this. My goal is to lose another 7lbs before the end of the year.
