This loss might be because I’ve broken the plateau. It might be because I’ve been really focused on my body and finally back to my normal exercise routine.
Who am I kidding? It’s probably because hubby left for France last Saturday and he’s the cook in the family. But in my defence, half of this weight was off before he left.
