Hey there! I looked at your diet calendar and it might help to up your calories a little bit since the loss wasn't very big. Also, it looks like you might be getting hungry since you stay under or at your 1200 cals one day and the next day "binge" over that number. Try upping it just a (couple) hundred or so.
