My husband and I are moving in the next couple of weeks, I haven’t finished Christmas shopping for my parents and sisters, and work is headed into busy season. Going to take a break from tracking until after the new year. It’s just too much to keep track of right now.

I’m a little bummed that I’ve gained some weight back this week but it’s not unexpected with the holiday celebrations we’ve been going to. Overall though I’m proud that I’ve gotten pounds off at all! I’m working to lose weight I gained at a toxic job so every pound lost is like shedding the toxicity. It took 10 months to gain so I’m ok if it takes 10 months to lose.
