Still doing good. My weights and bench get here tomorrow. Diet will transition from low carb to moderate carbs, lean protein, low fat diet. Lots of chicken and fish. I looked at my upper body in the mirror....never really noticed how broad my shoulders were. Probably because they slope. I've always had a strong neck. Endomorph? Time will tell...
