Ooh, I know - crisps are so darn good, but I will try to consume them on weekends only from this week. I have to weigh mine out otherwise I'll just devour. ;)
I gained about as much when we moved and unfortunately it's taken me over a year to lose it again, but I believe you'll do it much faster! And some of it might just be water weight anyway and you'll be able to start from a much lower point next week already. Great to see you doing Parkruns! I did them for a few months a few years ago and it really did help with weight loss then. Our nearest one has a circuit that loops over itself though so it's put us off a bit.
