I wish you good luck. But gr8karma is right. Losing quickly like that makes us lose muscle as well as fat and water weight. The less muscle you have, the slower your metabolism, the harder it is to lose and keep the weight off. So you end up on and off the diet train constantly (losing and gaining same pounds). In the long run, it's better to change your eating and exercise habits so you can keep off what you lose. But I know this time of year, we all feel that pressure and want to look good quickly for events and things. So make sure you get enough protein. Protein helps keep muscle loss down.
