Ok to manually calculate that here’s the formula
220-your age then multiply 0.7 to give you your year rate for fat burning. The 0.7 is the 70% of your peak heart rate.
So I would like during my walk to be around this number .
Mine is 220-52=168x0.7=117
So I need to be around 107 and temporarily on 127 at times
Because I walk on the treadmill it’s very easy and controlled to be around this number
Or walk till you break a sweat and still can hold a conversation then you’re in the fat burning zone otherwise follow your calculated HR for fat burning
