Somehow, I knew yesterday was an abnormal reading. I was probably dehydrated or something. I'm not too fussed about it. Today is another day, another chance to fight this battle. I had a great session with my personal trainer, we did a full body weight-bearing workout. I am glad to be doing just cardio today and core exercises today!
101,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 33,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 24,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
