Surprised I lost a pound, Still enjoying the festive season TOO MUCH, eating all around me, now I've started I want MORE !!!! Have not been entering my food diary, or taking any real exercise, maybe if I do the gain over the next few weeks wont be too much.

I know what you mean about recording. There are days when I don't want to record my weight or food. It's like if I don't record it its not real.
