Wow. I'm just happy to be the same. Its been a sugary last few days. I have cookies coming at me left and right. A nibble here or there but nothing catastrophic apparently. And we're doubling up on our greens. All in all, doing well.
Walked 2.5 miles yesterday with my new pedometer which I love. Its a '4x3 motion' I forget the company at the moment but I paid a bit more and am glad I did.
