Do we all want something for nothing... :) Joint's a little sore ... had a good workout yesterday glad I have a couple days rest from the Gym :) Back at it again Today... Weight staying pretty much the same... Felt a little bit discouraged but realized I weight everyday, I'm doing what I'm suppose to be doing and were only talking about 1 pound... Just show's my impatience I want all the weight off right now.... lol Hmmmm impatience maybe I need to take a look at that ??? So grateful I've learn to Love Myself right were I'm at... Realizing Food is not the Enemy & being able Not to use that for a Binge... I'd say I've come a long way from 300 pounds at the Start of my Journey to Goal at 220 and then feeling really Good about gaining 15 pounds..Because somewhere in between I realized 220 is not a natural weight for me yes I can get there..and below that have been, but food seems to be my Enemy at that weight.So I eat what I want with reaching Goal/220 in MIND always...Like I was saying earlier I've learn to Love Myself Right where I'm at... Try It you might be Surprised how good it feels. Wishing only the Best for You & Your's this Holiday Season...
