And going down. Got another good night's sleep. But I am only ate one meal yesterday. But I wasn't hungry. I am going with the plan if not hungry, don't eat, if hungry and between noon and 5 PM, eat a nice big meal.
137,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 33,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 55,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I wish I could do that successfully but unfortunately my kids and hubs have to eat and I am the cook. I tend to eat when I cook and if I try not to eat the family complains that I am not sitting down eating with them.

I am totally with you on this. My wife and son ask me to cook for them regularly. What is harder is my mother-in-law lives with us, and my wife and mother-in-law both buy lots of chips, cookies, breads, and starches. When I go to the fridge for filtered water I have to stare down the potatoe chips and cookies. When doing a low carb style or fasting it is harder as they continue on with their own foods. But this is a lifestyle and they are now getting used to my eating habits. Try telling them exactly what you are doing and ask for their help by not tempting you. I have had a few conversations with my family and they did not realize what they were doing.
