OK Day one of back on track is in the books. I stayed fairly close to 1200 cal and walked 2 miles. Would have liked to have done more, but that is better than nothing. Today try again. About 1200 cal of healthy foods and 4 miles of walking plus an interval video for 20 minutes. Those are so super hard. You really feel like you have done something when you are done. I am trying to get down to at least 136.5 by this Friday. No more messing around.
