Here I am, back on steroids after my latest Lupus flare. 51 lbs up after 4 months. sorry if I am a little down, but dang it!

Hang in there. I was on steroids during cancer treatment. Agree the side effects are awful. But they help save your life. Focus on getting this well.

Thank you all. I am going to change my diet. No more low carb. Gonna try the intermittent fasting and my son is going to help me with motivation.
