Full day of large meals and potatoes & bread for the first time in over a year. But, I really enjoyed the food. I have been looking at that chili in the pantry for a year wanting to heat it up and throw in some fresh chopped onions and lots of cheese. Not to mention that McDonald's sausage biscuits and breakfast hash browns are class 1 drug addictions for me. Total out of ketosis. It all tasted great, but now back to my hyper carnivore life. I think losing the 140 lbs extra I am still carrying will feel better than bread.
