Broke my rule and got on the scale this morning. I was suspicious on Monday that I was kind of bloated and constipated and my weight might not be accurate. Sure enough -- down 2 pounds. Won't know if this is an anomaly until I weight in again at the end of the month... but as long as I keep dropping, even if it's one pound, I will be thrilled.
