Diario de GabLynn, 12 ene. 15

A small loss but I will take it! Weekends are so hard for me. During the week I have more structure since I am at work. Come Saturday & Sunday I am at home and the urge to snack, particularly with my 18 month old daughter around, is much stronger. Saturday I went over my calorie count but Sunday I did better. I should have gone out to get more exercise but I did go to a indoor bounce house gym with my daughter. Adults are allowed to bounce but I did have to chase her around the whole time. Wish it wasn't so cold so that my daughter and I could play outside more - bring on the spring!
103,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Thanks, if anyone has suggestions on making weekends easier I would love to hear them. I seem to either want to snack and indulge all weekend or I get so busy I don't eat much of anything - neither of which is very health. I struggled this weekend but made it through successfully.
