I am back online! I have been really busy with school and the baby and my oldest starting Kindergarten. But, this morning i got up and got on the scale and absolutely wanted to throw up. I could not believe the weight i have gained back. SO, me and the hubby are going to join the gym tomorrow and its time to start eating right. I am going back on Weight Watchers. I started a Nutrition class this semester and have learned some bad things about past diets i have been on and how they affect your health. I don't want to harm myself just want to lose weight and WW seems to be the healthiest! Well i am off to school i will record my food this afternoon!
