This is a good start to my second month! I will be saying good-bye to 215 this week!

Goals:
I’m getting closer to my 1st goal which is to lose 50lbs.
-35.2 more to get to 180 by Sept 30
-15.2 more by July to be under 200

This past week:
Lots of Prayer
Watched my mindset
3 x a week 30 to 60 min exercise
Food prep and journaled all food
Hiked at the park
Joined the gym

To think about this week:
What should my healthy weight goal be?
97,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 36,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I'm cheering you on from the sidelines!! Using a TDEE calculator (total daily energy expenditure). Your body burns 1,578 cal just to function 🔥 If you're doing light to moderate exercise, you're burning approx 2,300 cal. So light workouts and a slight cal deficit (maybe try 2,000?) And smash your goals!!! 🤩 *you'll need to adjust down as you reach each goal, but TDEE Calculators are a simple online tool that have certainly helped me over the past few years 😘
