I broke down and got on the scale omg this is my highest weight in 51years. I usually don’t allow myself to get this out of control no excuses really but I’ve not been moving since august of last year when I dislocated my shoulder since I’ve had two surgeries on it and I’m totally out of any kind of shape it’s even hard to walk. I hate pain.
