Thank you! Just hittin it hard. I used to be a power lifter and just going back to my old diet minus the intermittent fasting. And doing boxing instead of weights right now.

I had a trainer a couple of years ago and he had me doing a lot of boxing related workouts and man it kicked my tail. Great cardio!

Yeah. It’s sweet cardio. I do boxing cardio in my VR headset. There’s the games Thrill of the fight, liteboxer, and Les Mills Bodycombat. I try to sweat for 1-2 hours 6 days a week. It works great. Once I’m down to my goals, I’ll switch it up more to reshaping with weights. Good luck on your stuff too!
