Oh yes! It affects me too! I gain anywhere from 2-5 pounds….OVERNIGHT!!! Crazy!!! So….I then go back to minimal carbs but they are “loaded” carbs… meaning they are high in nutrients and not wasted nutrients like in the white part of a Russet potatoe. I also cut out sugar, that seems to help as well. Hang in there, you got this!
