hello everyone. now my current weight is 64kg last 2-3 months Im not taking care of my healthy eating and workout consistently so. I decided to do some challenge 😃 from 9th April I started 64days workout challenge + healthy eating (included cheat day) so 64 days challenge will be end on 11june. here already 4days are complete. lwill try to share what I eat and which type of work out I do. so yeah that's it.

yes I am too interested. I started my weight loss journey 1st jan 23 I was 75kg now reached 67 and still 7 kg more to reduced so ll back my old shape 60. all the best

@Aartin86 hey! Let's do this ☺️ actually I started my journey on 5th July'23 . N everyday I eat rice, wheat Chapati, fish .....with portion control .... N try to do 5-6 days workout in a week. Let me know yours

hi i am in....i started my journey on 3rd April, at 87 kg..right now i am at 83.6 kgs...wana be at 75kg..... with no tummy...

Well, I've already lost 37kgs. But still I'll demotivate you by saying "its too hard,you can't do it".

@namrata3616 hey! Im not a master. So idnt know how to guide. Just share what I do ... Avoid junk food. Homemade food only with you want any kind of junk food try to alternative like refined sugar ko alternate karke jaggery... Refined chize avoid karna hi accha hoga.. N 4-5 days workouts.... Zumba, HIIT, cardio whatever you like 40-45min . I made a routine in a month 1st week zumba 5days 2nd week cardio 3rd week HIIT and 4rth week dance workout. + In the morning warm water

I am aiming 2 kg every month..... lost 4kg in 2 months of moderate exercise and removing white flour from diet..... (from 91kg to 87kg)

@amanpro191 that's great also don't push hard yourself to lost 2-3 kgs in one month. Try to do in easy way
