Lizpackard09 as it getting closer to the end the pressure slowly mounts up this is the period for me will bring out the can do or die attitude hahaha everything you visualise the final image of you at the end of the challenge and that you know you worked hard for it that extra step extra min extra second on the treadmill this is where the little person in your head start playing with you. But you just need to keep your focus.
Tip : I find the analogue clock with the second hand helps me over those sticky moments when walking compared to a digital clock on the treadmill as every second becomes mini goals to reach minutes goals.
