2 more weeks and it’s all over. I would say this time around I know my body more now in terms of manipulating macros and also maintain calories around x10 of my body weight in lbs. I’m cutting 2 days cardio off so I can fully recovered for gym sessions so now 4 days of 45-50mins steady state cardio. Cheers
