Weighed myself twice to confirm, must have released a ton of water weight. Getting back into gentle exercise because my back still hurts. Cravings are super strong for candy which is definitely why I fell off the wagon with Easter. Me and candy are bffs 😜
68,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
