Well done... Another pound bites the dust :-) 

Thank you skinny, I am so happy. It was indulgence day, went out for a lovely meal which was ok calorie wise. But the alcohol was excessive. Today will be a very healthy day. We are going to the in-laws for dinner, my MIL always makes healthy home cooked food. I will fill up on veggies and watch my portions. And it is TOM, whatever the scales say in the next few days is not to be taken seriously!! 

:-). Great so after TOM you should see a Decent loss :-)
