this is the pattern that is my body. Anytime I lose a lb or more, I dont lose weight the week after that, I gain, or stay the same. Nomatter how well I eat or exercise. I now know that is my body's pattern, and I embrace it. Long term, it will lead to a loss, as long as I dont get discouraged. Am already starting to celebrate next week's #s, because I know they will look good. :) 1lb next week, here I come... Also, better eating next week, striving for more carb/protein balance. :)
103,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 22,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
