Diario de northernmusician, 01 feb. 15

Hi guys. Yes, my weights up. Two days ago I had a refeed day and actually went 1000 calories above my maintenance. It was by design. I hadn't done it for a while.

The morning after, yesterday, I was 192.8, up from 190. No doubt it's glycogen and water. Today I'm down a bit, but it's still falling.

Had a bit of a burr about why people come to these sites. I wrote a little (1000 word) rant. If you're new here, click this post if you want to read the article.

I'm not against anyone; I am completely for them. If you have the time, I'd be quite happy for you to read my little piece.
