I checked myself out in the Restroom mirror this morning and the body looking back at me was none other than Danny DeVito's Penguin body from some old Batman movie. Discontent is the first step in change. So I sucked it up, stood on the scale, and logged my food today. I also shook my DeVito shaped @$$ in front of the microwave for about 15 seconds hoping that will count for maybe a fraction of a calorie burned. I picked an accountability buddy who is successful on KETO. AND I am so proud of myself. Not only am I drinking water right now, instead of Dr. Pepper Zero sugar, I said NO to seconds at lunch. I wanted another steak burrito so bad but I stayed strong and promised myself I would eat a second one for dinner. I also left my microwave popcorn at home not so much a victory as I totally got distracted and forgot it... but it works.
