I am thrilled my weight went down instead of up, due to my eating out 2 days in a row. I didn't eat bad I just ate what I shouldn't have.
This does give me a boost though. Great day today I have already walked my dogs for 3 miles at a very brisk pace. The weather is lovely, I just hope it doesn't get to hot.

Yes, eating out can help you gain wt. I am so happy that you have not put on Wt. It has been in the 80's here. My heart goes out to those who have to endure the snow, and cold. Keep up the good work!~Ann

Thanks' Ann, you must be in CA I'm in Orange County and yes when I see all that snow in Boston I really feel bad for those people in that cold, cold weather.

Yes, Riverside area! Isn't the weather great? We are eating the oranges off the tree. The oranges are so good this year here in Ca! Smile!!
