I understand 

The great part of this is you can always start fresh tomorrow. God willing you wake up tomorrow to get another chance to do better. We all will fall and stumble doing this throughout life. The difference is most never get back up. They give up because of too many restrictions. Anyways keep pushing... 1% better each day adds up.
