I was hoping for a loss of another 2lbs but I did go from 213.8 to 212.4 so I wont complain...Its better than a gain..besides that I was stuck in this house all wk pretty much due to cold & rain, ate too much on the one day..I went cray cray..lol and didnt exersize much if at all.. so its my fault I didnt do better.. ON WARD!!! no regrets..moving towards my goal!!!
