I recently found out I am a diabetic. I believe I have done this to myself. I have completely changed my diet so that hopefully my health will improve. Didn't think I could stick with a low carb plan, But I have and it is working.
69,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

DeeDee-- know that a lot of factors go into getting diabetes, and it's not all you. We can do what we can to try to support our health, but some of us are more susceptible than others. Chart your path, but I hope you're not beating up on yourself 🤗
